Application to evict a tenant for non-payment of rent and to collect rent the tenant owes

The redacted orders are posted in the language in which they were issued.  As most of the Board’s hearings are held in English, the majority of the Board’s decisions are issued in English only. However, if a bilingual hearing is held, the Board issues the decision in both English and French, and both the English and French versions of the order will be posted on this website.
