Tenant Application - Landlord Gave a Notice of Termination in Bad Faith	No charge

Application About a Sublet or an Assignment	$ 45.00 if filed by tenant $ 150.00 if filed by landlord

Fees are charged under the authority of section 181 of the Residential Tenancies Act.

Fees must be paid at the time an application is filed. Payments are accepted in cash, debit card, certified cheque (payable to the Minister of Finance), money order, VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Other fees and charges may apply to other services provided by the Board.

Administrative Fees
Providing forms & instructions; Requests for written reasons to a Board Order; Swearing an affidavit	No Charge
Photocopies/Print-outs of scanned documents	$ 0.50 per page
Certified copy of an Order for a party	No charge for initial copy mailed to a party; $ 6.25 each additional copy.
Searching for an order or other records	Initial 2 hours free; $7.50 each additional 15 minutes.
Recording of a hearing	$ 15.00
Copy of the Board’s Rules and Guidelines	$ 5.00
Copy of compact disk containing supporting documents for an Application for a Rent Increase Above the Guideline	$ 5.00
Historical rent report	$25.00

The above fees include GST.
