Alan MervinPART-TIME MEMBER Alan Mervin attended York University, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology in 1971, and received a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Windsor in 1974. Mr. Mervin joined the Ontario Legal Aid Plan, now Legal Aid Ontario, where he served as a staff lawyer in a number of capacities. Mr. Mervin left Legal Aid in 1980, to enter the private practice of law with a focus on Criminal Trial Practice. He has been involved for a number of years in community volunteer work where he has undertaken a number of projects. |
