Régent Gagnon

Mr. Gagnon is a graduate of Le Moyne College in Syracuse, N.Y. (B. Sc. Humanities, 1963).  He worked in public and private sector organizations in all facets of Human Resources Management until 1985 when he founded his own HR consulting firm. As a recognized expert in HR, Mr. Gagnon was invited to teach HR courses at Carleton and Ryerson Universities. Prior to his appointment to the Landlord and Tenant Board, Mr. Gagnon served as a part-time member of the Assessment Review Board from 1993 to 1999.  In addition, he was a member of the Planning Advisory Committee for Clarence Township and of the Board of Directors of the Ottawa Personnel Association and the Big Sisters of Ottawa-Carleton.
