Eli Fellman

Eli Fellman holds an Honours Degree in Political Science from Trent University, pursued graduate studies at Carleton University and attained a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) at the University of Ottawa.  Prior to his appointment to the Board as an adjudicator, he was a policy analyst at the federal Department of International Trade in Ottawa. Subsequent to his call to the Ontario bar in 2002, he practiced international trade and customs law in Toronto.
