Regional Offices have Customer Service Representatives available during regular business hours. Customer Service Representatives can provide you with information about the Board and the law. Below is a list of ServiceOntario offices.  You can file applications and supporting documents in person at any of these locations.  If you want to file documents by mail or fax, you must send them to one of the Regional Offices listed above.

Please Note:  The nine offices marked by an asterisk (*) have Board staff available to provide you with information about the law and the Board, however the hours of operation may be different than those of other Board offices.

The remaining offices in this list do not have staff of the Board working behind the counters.  They cannot provide you with information about the law, but they can accept documents on our behalf.
