New "Steps to Apply" section

On October 2, 2007, the Board added a new Steps to Apply section to its website.  This section provides basic information about the different steps in the process of filing an application with the Board.  There are 4 steps in this section:

  • Step 1: Choosing an Application – this section provides information to help you decide whether you want to file an application to the Board.

  • Step 2: Filing an Application – this section explains what happens when you file an application with the Board.

  • Step 3: The Hearing – this section provides information about the Board’s hearing process.

  • Step 4: The Order – this section provides information about the different types of orders (decisions) that the Board can make.
