Changes to the Board’s Rules of Practice and Interpretation Guidelines

The Board has now finalized Guideline 14 on Above Guideline Rent Increase applications (AGIs).  The Board has also made some minor changes to a number of the Rules and other Guidelines.  These changes came into effect on July 5, 2007.

New N14 form available

The Board has released a new form: the N14 – Landlord’s Notice to the Spouse of the Tenant who vacated the Rental Unit.  This form is to be used in the situations described in paragraph 4 of subsection 3(3) of Ontario Regulation 516/06.
